Hello, I'm Tsari ~

A Professional Kinesiologist & Holistic Healing Practitioner, and the founder of Sentient Creations - a collection of daily wellbeing ritual tools inspired by nature, personal transformation, and the healing journey.

With deep reverence for both science and spirit, my work bridges the worlds of Neuroscience, Traditional Eastern Medicine, and Energy Balancing. At the heart of it all is a belief in the body’s innate intelligence - and its incredible ability to heal when supported in the right way.

Through Empowered State Kinesiology, I hold space for individuals who are ready to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level - releasing what no longer serves, restoring energetic balance, and remembering who they are beneath the stress, stories, and symptoms.

My sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and gently guide you back into alignment with your truest self.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic therapy that works with the body’s innate intelligence to identify and clear stress - whether it’s physical, emotional, or energetic in nature.

At its core is the Triad of Wellbeing: the interconnected relationship between our structural, emotional, and biochemical health. When one side of this triad becomes imbalanced - due to trauma, stress, injury, or lifestyle factors - it can ripple across the entire system and show up in unexpected ways.

For example, emotional stress might manifest as chronic pain or fatigue, while nutritional deficiencies could impact mood, focus, or sleep. Much of this occurs beneath conscious awareness — because the body stores and responds to stress at a level deeper than just the thinking mind.

𑁍 How a Session With Me Works

Each kinesiology session is a unique and personalised experience, guided by the specific needs of your body in that moment.

Using gentle muscle monitoring - applying light pressure to specific points - I access your body’s biofeedback system to uncover hidden stress patterns, emotional blocks, or energetic imbalances that may be influencing your wellbeing, often beneath conscious awareness.

Depending on what your body communicates, I draw from a wide range of techniques including acupressure, emotional stress diffusion, energy balancing, sound therapy, vibrational remedies, aromatherapy, elemental healing and grounding rituals.

You’ll be held in a safe, supportive space - gently guided back into balance across the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers of your being.

𑁍 What to Expect

Session Length
Initial consultations run for 90 minutes, with follow-up appointments available in either 60- or 90-minute formats.

Comfort
You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably lying on a massage table for most of the session, in a calming, restorative setting.

Session Flow
We begin with a brief conversation to explore any emotional, physical, or energetic challenges you're experiencing. From there, we use muscle monitoring to investigate underlying stress and determine the most supportive techniques - which may include energetic corrections, vibrational remedies, acupressure, aromatherapy, crystal healing, shamanic practices, or grounding rituals.

Aftercare
Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. I’ll offer insight from the session and recommend any personalised tools or practices to help integrate the healing process.
