Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ uses muscle reflex testing to identify and decode the underlying stress, patterns and energy blockages stored in the body. As a practitioner, you become a skilled decoder of the body’s messages - working across the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels to help clear stress, fear, pain and trauma, and bring the body back into balance.

You’ll learn how to work with muscle testing, kinesiology remedies, metaphysical insights and energetic balancing tools to support real, lasting energetic shifts. This practical, down-to-earth modality empowers you to confidently facilitate deep healing sessions – both for yourself and others.

The EMK modality is fully certified, accredited and recognised by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) as a Premier Training Provider under ‘Specialised Kinesiology’. You’ll be guided by exceptional EMK Instructors across the world – each trained in the EMK approach – who hold a safe, supportive and inspiring space for your learning and growth.

You MUST have attended the EMK courses listed in steps 1 and 2 as well as the Meridian River of Chi Kinesiology Course in Step 3 to be eligible to attend this program.

All courses in step 1, 2, 3 and 4 MUST be completed with competency to become certified as and EMK Practitioner .

Practitioner Certification & additional requirements

Our complete Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification is independent, Trademarked and Copyright to By The Bay Kinesiology®. The EMK Modality and is a Premier Training Provider and recognised with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) under ‘Specialised Kinesiology’. This allows our EMK Practitioners to obtain affordable membership and insurance with IICT.

Upon competent completion of the following:

• All SIX Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Courses (198 hours) [Steps 1, 2 & 3 above] and

• Online Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification Training Program (80 hours) [Step 4]

You will be presented with a Certification as a ‘Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner’ for the full course and program (278 hours) and be eligible to become a member of the IICT as an EMK Practitioner and obtain insurance to practice Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology.

Additional Requirements:

• Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Public Liability, Professional & Products Indemnity Insurance to practice Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology (available through IICT Membership). Specific EMK Practitioner link provided upon certification.

• Current First Aid Certificate (if residing in Australia, outside Australia please abide by local authority laws).

• A signed 'By The Bay Kinesiology' (BTBK) Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner Agreement (detailing Non-Disclosure, Code of Ethics and Recertification).

• Complete EMK Recertification requirements every two (2) years as specified in the EMK Practitioner Agreement to be maintained as an active* and Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner.

• For Online Program Participants Only: Complete a live online 90-minute Practical Skills Competency Assessment with your Online EMK Instructor - AUD$250 inc. GST.

*Active: refers to recertifying every two year period. Failure to recertify in the allocated renewal period means you become ‘inactive’ on our system.
