Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic modality that listens to what your body is really holding beneath the surface - physically, emotionally and energetically.
Rather than only working with the story in your mind, we work with your body’s truth: the stress patterns, nervous system responses and subtle energetic cues that reveal what is sitting underneath your overwhelm, anxiety, burnout or repeating cycles.
You don’t need the perfect words or a clear story to come here.
Your body already knows what it needs - it’s simply waiting for you to listen.
My role is to hold a calm, grounded and confidential space where your system can safely unwind, recalibrate and move toward balance. Your only job is to arrive exactly as you are.

WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY - A SIMPLE, GROUNDED EXPLANATION
Kinesiology uses gentle muscle monitoring to access your body’s biofeedback system.
Your nervous system holds information about stress, trauma and tension patterns long before the conscious mind can make sense of it. By lightly testing muscle responses, we can identify where your system is under strain, overprotective, shut down or out of balance.
From there, I draw on a blend of:

⟡ Energetic and elemental balancing
⟡ Intuitive, body-led insight
Kinesiology bridges evidence-informed practice with grounded energy work - supporting the whole of you: body, mind, heart and energy field.

YOUR FIRST SESSION - WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session is unique, but there is a clear, grounded flow so you know what to expect:

⟡ Muscle monitoring to tune into your body’s stress patterns and priorities

Most clients leave their first session feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to themselves.
Session lengths:
Initial consultation: approximately 90 minutes
Follow-up consultations: 60 or 90 minutes
IN-PERSON KINESIOLOGY SESSIONS
A grounding, hands-on experience held in a calm, restorative clinic space in Point Lonsdale.
In-person sessions are ideal if you love the feeling of being physically held in a dedicated healing space. We work directly with your body through gentle muscle monitoring, acupressure points and hands-on energetic support.
A session may include:

⟡ Meridian and acupressure balancing

Online kinesiology sessions offer all the depth of in-person work, with the added comfort of being in your own space. With your permission, I use surrogate muscle testing to connect with your energetic and emotional system remotely.
These sessions are perfect if you:

⟡ 3–5 sessions - for long-term patterns, trauma layers or chronic stress
⟡ Ongoing monthly or seasonal sessions - for maintenance, clarity and nervous system care
We always go at your pace. Your body sets the timeline - not the other way around.

BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR SESSION
Before:
⟡ Wear comfortable clothing
⟡ Stay hydrated throughout the day
⟡ There is nothing to prepare or perform - simply come as you are
After:
⟡ Allow some quiet time or gentle activity afterwards if possible
⟡ Drink water and listen to what your body is asking for (rest, movement, nature, journaling)
⟡ Emotional, physical or energetic shifts may continue for a few days - this is normal
If anything feels big or confusing afterwards, you are always welcome to reach out.
