Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification Training Program

The final step to becoming a certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner is the Kinesiology Certification Training Program facilitated by Denise Robinson, Director of at By the Bay Kinesiology and the Founder and Creator of the Emotions and Metaphysical KinesiologyTM (EMK) modality.

This program is held annually August - October with both day and evening schedules available. There are 80 Proficiency Hours for this program with a course fee of $3,200.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to ENROL in the final Online EMK Practitioner Certification Training Program, students MUST be enrolled and be attending

the following four courses prior to commencement of the program (mid-August):

1. Kineasy Intro Course

2. Mastery of the Five Elements Core Essence and Character Course

3. Meridian Rivers of Chi Kinesiology

4. Chakra Healing Kinesiology

Proficiency in these courses is not required to be eligible to enrol in this program.

Stepping into your life as an active EMK Practitioner

Upon competent completion of:

• All six Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Courses (198 hours); and

• Online Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner Certification Training Program (80 hours);

you will be presented with a Certification as a Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner for the full course and program (278 hours) and be eligible to become a member of the IICT as an EMK Practitioner and obtain insurance to practice Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology.

Additional requirements:

• Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Public Liability, Professional & Products Indemnity Insurance to practice Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology (available through IICT Membership). Specific EMK Practitioner link provided upon certification.

• A signed 'By The Bay Kinesiology' Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner Agreement detailing Non-Disclosure, Code of Ethics and Recertification.

• Complete EMK Recertification requirements every two (2) years as specified in the EMK Practitioner Agreement to be maintained as an active* and Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ Practitioner.

*Active: refers to recertifying every two year period. Failure to recertify in the allocated renewal period means you become ‘inactive’ on our system.

International Institute for Complementary Therapists

The EMK Modality is a Premier Training Provider and recognised with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) under ‘Specialised Kinesiology’. This allows our EMK Practitioners to obtain affordable membership and insurance with IICT.

Maintaining your EMK Practitioner Certification

EMK Practitioners must complete the EMK Practitioner Recertification every two years to maintain their status as an ACTIVE EMK Practitioner.

This recertification process entails booking a 2-hour Recertification session with a Certified EMK Assessor, for a flat fee of $300,

payable to your instructor.

This recertification session includes:

• You, as the Practitioner, delivering a 60-minute EMK Session to demonstrate competency as an EMK Practitioner.

• Receiving 60 minutes of mentoring to enhance EMK skills, expand knowledge, and address any EMK session or business queries.

This session can be scheduled within the three months prior to your recertification date and will be repeated every two years, aligning with your practitioner's certification date on your certificate, to maintain an active practitioner status.

The By The Bay Kinesiology® office will be in contact with you via email when you are due for recertification. Once complete, an administration/processing fee of $66 will apply which includes a new electronic certificate being issued.

Cancellation Policy

All in-person and online Kinesiology Courses, Workshops and Training events facilitated by Empowered State Kinesiology require written notice of cancellation via email. The non-refundable deposit/administration fee of $250 is non-refundable unless Empowered State Kinesiology cancels the event.

Once written cancellation is received, the following policy applies:

More than 14 days’ cancellation notice

The non-refundable deposit/administration fee of $250 will be forfeited.
Any remaining balance paid will be refunded.

Less than 14 days’ cancellation notice or “no-show”

No refund and no transfer to another course, workshop or future event will be provided.
This applies regardless of personal circumstances, including health, finances, life events, travel, natural disasters, or anything else, in accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria guidelines for events.

Course Delivery and Cancellations by Empowered State Kinesiology

Empowered State Kinesiology makes every effort to ensure that all courses, workshops and training events run as scheduled. However, Empowered State Kinesiology reserves the right to:

• Cancel or postpone a course or workshop due to insufficient enrolments

• Change an event date with prior notification

If an event is cancelled by Empowered State Kinesiology, all fees paid (excluding completed components) will be refunded or transferred to a future date.

During enrolment, participants are required to confirm that they have read and agreed to this cancellation policy and all terms and conditions prior to proceeding to checkout.

Payment Plan

Participants may choose to organise their own monthly instalment payments through their bank to pay off the remaining balance prior to the final due date. No formal payment plan is required to be set up with Empowered State Kinesiology.

Full payment is due 21 days prior to the course commencing.
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all instalment payments are made on time.
